This area is one of my favorite places to paint. A short hike along a ridge separating Mt. Shuksan from Mt. Baker and appropriately called Artist Point. I knew that I would get a pretty good painting before I even started..one would think with this kind of view..how could one do a "bad" painting..but I was very happy with the way this worked out! The photo of the painting is not the best and I will try and get a better image of it. This painting just sold at the 2016 "American Masters" exhibition at the Salmagundi Club in New York>
